Return Policy
|
At Jon's Collectibles, we want complete satisfaction of your purchase. Should you happen to find the items you ordered being damaged after shipment, or did not meet your expectation, please fill-out the Return Authorization Form below, and we'll issue a Return Ticket via the e-mail you provided during purchase.
This Return Ticket is important for us to either, issue credit or send replacement if necessary. It will also help us send Pre-paid Labels for the customer to send back the items.
NOTE: Returns and replacements available within 30 days from the date of purchase for Retail Purchases and 15 days for Wholesale Purchases. For the Customized Jersey Frame, customers are only able to return the item if damaged within 15 days. This item is non-refundable, due to the nature of the item being customized.
Please note that we are only able to process exchanges and returns for the items purchased from Jon's Collectibles. Items that are returned for more than the warranty date are in unsellable condition, and will no longer be accepted. We reserve the right to reject items if returned for more than the date of warranty stated above or not following proper return procedures as stated. Failure to comply with this policy may result in your refund being rejected or replacement not being sent. We also ask not to wait for the last minute to notify us of the issue. You must Contact us ASAP as soon as you receive your package should problems arise.
WARNING: DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO OUR CANADIAN OFFICE. FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REJECTION OF REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS.
NOTE: Beginning January 2006, we are now requiring customers to take photos of broken or defective items (ie. digital or standard photos) they received for replacements or refunds and sending it to us via e-mail for verification. Due to some customers being dishonest about their claims, we have decided to take these measures in order to stop customers from making false claims of receiving broken items when it is not. Before filing your report below, please take photos of the broken items you received and send it to us including the Return Authorization request.
Shipping charges will be applied to orders that were qualified for Free Shipping should they decide to return some items.
